As you were previously notified in CME Special Executive Report S-3811, dated Thursday, May 16, 2002, and in CME Update 02-05, dated Monday, May 20, 2002, the Board of Directors at its Regular Meeting on Wednesday, May 15, 2002, approved the following list of restricted markets and procedures for the implementation of Rule 552. - DUAL TRADING RESTRICTIONS, that are effective for the remainder of the Second Quarter 2002 and the beginning of the Third Quarter 2002 until further notice:
